Founded in 2014 by Dawn Lewinson, a respected diversity and Inclusion specialist, Diversity Inspired Solutions Ltd, helps organisations to unlock the full benefits of diversity in the 21st century.

Our Consultancy
We assist our clients to embed DE&I within their organisations by conducting policy reviews, diversity audits, developing inclusive strategies and de-biasing and inclusion proofing, organisational decision making.

Programme delivery
Our bespoke learning programmes can be in person workshops, webinars, virtual sessions, facilitated discussions, self paced online modules or masterclasses.
We offer one to one coaching, team workshops, and train the trainer sessions also.
Our style/approach include interactive and experiential learning, scenario based discussions, action learning projects, and reflective practice. Organisations can also utilise customised content based on client needs – such as blended models, or taking a trauma informed approach.
Our programmes are underpinned by research and seek to move the agenda forward. We also incorporate tools like the DISC profile assessment and DEI frameworks/models to deepen insight and drive meaningful change.
Coaching
We offer individual or group coaching to support personal development, team effectiveness, and inclusive leadership. Our services include coaching on key DEI topics and DISC communication styles, helping clients lead with clarity, empathy and confidence.
